Special Orders

The Button Emporium & Ribbonry is a retail business, and we don’t sell stock from the store in wholesale quantities. However, we understand that sometimes our customers have events or projects where they require a larger amount of product than what we normally sell, and in those cases we try to accommodate you with a Special Order depending on how much lead time we have and what our vendors are able to do for us. Please contact us using our Contact Form with your inquiry and we will be in touch with you after we know what we can do for you.

If we’re able to process a Special Order for you, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the product(s) is due upfront when you place the order, and the rest of the balance is due before pickup/shipping. Returns are not accepted on Special Orders
